What counts as a unit?

Each rentable space you track in Fixmark — an apartment, a house, a room, a commercial bay. Properties themselves are free; you only pay for the units inside them.

What's the $15 minimum?

If you have 1–5 units, you pay $15/month flat. Starting at 6 units it's straightforward: units × $3. So 10 units = $30/mo, 25 units = $75/mo.

Are there any add-ons or hidden fees?

No. Every feature — tenant links, photo uploads, vendor tracking, CSV exports — is included at the same price. No premium tier.

Can I add units mid-month?

Yes. Your bill adjusts automatically when you add or remove units. You're only charged for the units you have at the end of the billing period.
